E.A.A Chapter 968, 'The Green Mountain Flyers' and the Vermont Agency of Transportation welcome fly-in campers to the Southern Vermont Regional Airport in Rutland (RUT). The airport is located in the heart of Vermont's Green Mountains which offer scenic beauty and four-season recreational opportunities.

The Lisa Fall Memorial Airport Camp-site is located in a wooded area on the west side of the airport. Three tenting sites are about a 75 yard walk from a reserved tie-down spot on the west ramp of the airport. All of the sites have picnic tables and two have a 12x12 foot tent platform.  Toilet facilities and drinking water are available on-site.  Camping is without charge on a first-come first-served basis though you can reserve one of the sites by contacting one of the people below.

  Ground transportation is available by either rental cars or by public bus which passes the gate several times each day going south to Manchester, VT and north into Rutland where there are connections to the Killington resort and other local destinations.
